Family & Friends, you have stumbled upon my website and probably thinking what the heck is Christine doing now? A website seems unconventional, especially in the days of modern social media with endless opportunities of doomscrolling through instagram, Facebook, and that tick-tack site that the gen Z love, what’s that called again?? Anyway I digress. This website embodies a whole host of my hobbies – not only photography, but website design, logo design and graphic art. For years, maybe even decades at this point, I have always enjoyed putzing around on the computer and making things digitally. Since deleting social media, I’ve freed up time and creative space and decided to launch a website that I have always wanted to make. One that documents my hobbies and perhaps family and friends will want to click around and see some of it! And maybe not, and that is ok too. Truth be told, there is something about publishing work, whether it is a photo or a design, and seeing on the big desktop screen that gives that extra dopamine hit. That extra professional touch that makes you feel proud of the work you created.

You will find this website contains all levels of photography, from portfolio quality to daily snapshots. I am embarking on a 365 day photo challenge too – more to come on that. So please, make yourself comfortable. Grab a cup of coffee. Take a look around. Resist the urge to close the browser and open instagram back up and slow down.
